Losing someone you love can cause immense emotional suffering. There is no correct way to move through the grieving process; healing is an individual experience that often leaves grievers feeling alone or misunderstood. For some clients I work with, the loss of a loved one causes them to awaken to their own spiritual journey and seek a deeper spiritual connection to their loved one in the Spirit World. Many have felt, sensed, heard, and seen signs they feel are from specific loved ones. Psychic Lauren is helping her clients to restore that connection with the desist relevant through practicing mediumship.

Many highly intuitive and gifted people experience frequent anxiety and with practice and self-awareness, they can begin to rely on, trust, and listen to their intuition. When you are experiencing anxiety, it can be difficult to know whether it is your intuition or anxiety that's trying to guide you. You may discover you are not reacting to situations or experiences at the moment, but instead operating through your past experiences and emotions.
When you are feeling anxious, you may have fearful thoughts that are not connected to intuition. For example, I have a fear of heights. When I was a kid I experienced extreme turbulence on an airplane during a thunderstorm. I remember some of the people around me crying quietly and some screaming, seemingly afraid for their lives. With my sessions, i help my clients to raise their awareness to the level of very highly developed intuition.

What To Do Before Your Reading with Lauren
Be Clear About Your Intentions
Take some time to think through areas of your life where you may need guidance or questions you’d like to have answered during your reading. During a Psychic/Intuitive Reading, I let my clients know in the beginning that I will be checking in with them part way through the reading to make sure that I’ve answered all of their questions. It may help to make a list of questions in order of significance to you to refer to. In most cases, all of your questions may be answered before you even ask, however having a list can allow you to feel more relaxed knowing that nothing will be missed.
